Customer service department! I had to make a last minute stop while running late for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. I stopped at Hannafords on the way to her party to grab extra cupcakes. On my way out of the store I stopped at customer service to ask if they could help with something that no other place was able to help with. My daughter’s birthday theme was specific but I wasn’t able to complete her theme after trying 3 other local stores. I knew it was a long-shot but the two women at customer service were able to help me fulfill my daughter’s vision for her 10th birthday party. Something so simple that nobody other store was able to do made the biggest difference in her day. They were so lovely, and I’m forever grateful for that small gesture that made the biggest difference in her day. Thank you 🙏 ladies for being so kind and helpful, you are appreciated.

Why you ask,we'll they have the best prices in town,buy from local area farms,support the community in different events and donations to local food banks and Salvation army and they support my rabbit rescue and like how my bunnies are certified as therapy bunnies and go help people, and all the employee's are wonderful and helpful, finally the one thing I also like is they don't ask you to join a club to get a lower price, because they are already low and treat all as one big family ,they will not take your info and sell it to tell a marketers

I loved shopping here. The prices are affordable. Great customer service. There are no long lines, so check out was super quick.

I have to give a big thank you to Joseph in the bakery dept tonight. I was there looking for pumpkin pie and he specificall went in the back and found more for me!

Nice big store. Sections are a bit small but you can still find a good selection of products. Never lines at checkout. Its further away than other markets, but i rather take the drive.

We shop here absolutely all the time. It’s good, quality food, fresh and reliable. The place is clean and well kept, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. It’s pretty much the only supermarket we use since moving here at the beginning of 2021. I tried a few others and was never impressed. Even the online ordering is great, the shoppers almost always pick out good stuff. A few times I got a less than stellar product. I called them and they ran a replacement out to me within an hour or so. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough, or extend enough gratitude to Amanda, the employee who absolutely went above and beyond for my husband and I. We called desparately searching for a food product for our pet, as we could not find any in stock in Pa stores. This employee took the time to listen to the situation, locate this product, and even greet us in store after the 2 hour drive from another state. We purchased the product and avoided a medical emergency with our pets. Its very rare to find this type of dedication in retail. This employee is amazing, and should be recognized and rewarded for her excellent customer service.
